Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with EHS policies, SOPs, and statutory safety regulations.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of production, warehouse, utility, and engineering areas.
- Monitor the use of PPE and promote secure work practices across departments.
- Identify unsafe conditions and behaviors, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support incident/accident investigations and prepare reports with root cause analysis.
- Conduct safety induction and toolbox talks for employees and contractors.
- Assist in emergency preparedness, mock drills, and evacuation procedures.
- Monitor work permits for hot work, confined space, height work, and electrical maintenance.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports, training records, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, QA, and HR to ensure workplace safety.
- Support audits by internal teams and regulatory authorities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
