Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Coordinate and schedule client site visits.
- Explain project details and assist customers professionally.
- Maintain customer records and follow up with prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business targets.

Eligibility

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident and professional personality.




- Comfortable with calling and client interaction.
- Basic computer knowledge.
