What You’ll Do

⁠ ⁠Drive end-to-end sales cycles—from lead generation to deal closure

⁠ ⁠Actively identify, prospect, and engage potential B2B clients via calls, LinkedIn, emails, and meetings

⁠ ⁠Deliver persuasive, value-driven sales presentations to decision-makers

⁠ ⁠Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

⁠ ⁠Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client and pipeline data

⁠ ⁠Handle negotiations, objections, and pricing discussions effectively

⁠ ⁠Build and nurture long-term client relationships for repeat business

⁠ ⁠Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve lead quality and offerings

What We’re Looking For

⁠ Minimum 1 year of proven experience in B2B / sales

⁠ ⁠Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

⁠ ⁠Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets

⁠ ⁠Comfortable handling high-pressure, target-driven environments





⁠ ⁠Strategic mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach

⁠ ⁠Fluency in English and Hindi

⁠ ⁠Experience using CRM tools is an added advantage
