Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Portfolio Management

- Develop and execute the knit fabric product roadmap aligned with business growth objectives.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of knit fabric products from concept to commercialization.
- Drive product mix optimization to improve profitability and realization.
- Identify opportunities for premium, performance, and sustainable fabric categories.
- Establish annual product development and commercialization targets.
- Education
- B.Tech / B.E. in Textile Technology, Knitting Technology, or Textile Engineering.
- MBA in Marketing, Operations, or Business Management preferred.

Experience

- 10–15 years of experience in knitting, fabric development, technical marketing, or product management.
- Minimum 5 years in knitted fabric product development or business management.
- Experience working with garment exporters, brands, and international customers is preferred.

Pay: ₹50,992.56 - ₹78,529.26 per month
