and aligned with company nncompliance and documentation standards. nnProcess Management u0026 Coordination nn Ensure smooth end-to-end processing of loan files from lead generation to nndocumentation, credit processing, and disbursal. nn Work closely with internal credit, operations, and risk teams to resolve bottlenecks nnand rapid-track eligible applications. nnCompliance u0026 Reporting nn Monitor portfolio quality, ensure credit discipline, and adherence to all regulatory and nncompany policies. nn Maintain regular MIS and reporting on team performance, disbursal trends, lead nnfunnel, and connector activity. nnQualifications And Skills nn Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related nnfield. nn 48 years of experience in retail lending, preferably in Affordable LAP or Home nnLoans. nn Minimum 2 years of experience in leading a field sales team. nn Strong understanding of the affordable housing finance and LAP market, especially nncustomer segments like self-employed, informal income groups, etc. nn Strong understanding of Legal and technical aspects of mortgage loans nn Proven ability to manage sales targets, team KPIs, and channel relationships. nn Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. nn Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. nnKey Performance Indicators (KPIs) nn Loan disbursal volume and value (Affordable LAP and Home Loans). nn Team productivity (individual and overall RO performance). nn Connector activation and business contribution. nn Portfolio quality (delinquency and rejection rates). nn Lead-to-disbursal conversion ratios. nnCompensation nn Competitive fixed salary nn Team-based and individual performance-linked incentives nn Travel and field allowances as per company policy nnAny Graduates .
