NWhat You'll Ownn●Lead the Business Finance and FP&A; charter, including AOP, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. N● Partner with business leaders to drive growth, profitability, and sharper decision-making. N● Own business performance reviews across revenue, margins, costs, and key business drivers. N● Turn complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for leadership. N● Drive financial modelling, scenario planning, and evaluation of strategic initiatives and investments. N● Build robust MIS, dashboards, and scalable financial processes.



N● Lead and develop a high-performing Business Finance and FP&A; team. NWhat We're Looking For N● Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years of post-qualification experience. N● Strong Business Financeand FP&A; experience, preferably in D2C, FMCG, or consumer businesses. N● Sharp commercial acumenwith the ability to connect numbers to business outcomes. N● Robust analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving capabilities. N● Proven ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders.
