NRole DescriptionnWeare looking for a energetic and self-motivated Real Estate Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Ahmedabad office. NThe primary responsibility is to generate sales leads and market newly launched and pre-launch commercial projects, including office spaces, retail showrooms, and investment properties.Key Responsibilities Nn Generate recent business opportunities through networking, references, digital marketing, cold calling, and field activities. N Promote and sell new commercial projects, including office spaces, retail showrooms, and investment properties. N Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients. N Understand clients' business requirements and recommend suitable property solutions. N Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, corporate clients, channel partners, and property owners. N Negotiate commercial terms and assist in closing transactions. N Prepare proposals, presentations, and market reports.



N Maintain updated records of upcoming projects, property listings, and client interactions. N Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and transaction execution. N Support online and offline marketing initiatives to generate quality leads. N Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. NCandidate RequirementsMandatory Qualifications Nn 2–3 years of Sales & Marketing experience in Ahmedabad Real Estate is compulsory. N Strong understanding ofCommercial Real Estate Sales & Leasing. N Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, negotiations, and deal closures. N Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. N Good knowledge of the Ahmedabad Commercial Real Estate Market. N Willingness to travel extensively within Ahmedabad for client meetings and site visits. N Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/property listing platforms. NPreferred Qualifications Nn Bachelor's degreein Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. N Experience in selling commercial office, retail, or investment properties will be preferred. N Familiarity with digital marketing and social media lead generation will be an added advantage.
