Zion Hills Golf County, one of Karnataka’s premier golf and lifestyle destinations, is looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our F&B; operations across restaurants, events, banquets, and guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards.
- Drive restaurant, banquet, and event operations efficiently.
- Manage food & beverage costs, inventory, procurement, and profitability.
- Recruit, train, and mentor the F&B; team.
- Implement SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Coordinate closely with the Executive Chef and other departments.
- Analyze sales reports and identify revenue growth opportunities.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and continuously improve the dining experience.

Requirements





- 5+ years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in hotels, resorts, golf clubs, or premium hospitality establishments preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Positive understanding of food cost control, inventory management, and budgeting.
- Knowledge of HACCP/FSSAI standards and hospitality best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. These responsibilities align with current F&B; leadership roles across leading hospitality brands.
