Location: Delhi ( Full time, 6 days working)

Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tendering & Bidding Executive with a strong background in electrical engineering and a minimum of 3.5 years of hands-on experience handling lighting packages. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process—from reviewing RFQs and technical specifications to vendor negotiations, costing, and final techno-commercial proposal submission.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Tender & RFQ Analysis: Thoroughly review and analyze tender documents, Request for Quotes (RFQs), Bills of Quantities (BOQs), single-line diagrams, layouts, and technical specifications to gain a complete understanding of the project scope.
- Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed, accurate cost estimates for lighting fixtures, controls, accessories, and associated installation/support services.
- Vendor Sourcing & Negotiation: Floating inquiries to OEMs, manufacturers, and suppliers; requesting competitive quotations, analyzing vendor offers, and negotiating effectively to secure the best pricing and commercial terms.
- Techno-Commercial Proposals: Draft and assemble comprehensive, high-quality techno-commercial offers,



ensuring full compliance with client specifications and tender guidelines.
- Prepare bid assumptions, clarifications, exclusions, and commercial deviations.
- Comparative Statement Analysis: Prepare accurate comparative evaluation sheets (commercial & technical) to evaluate multi-vendor bids and select optimal solutions.
- Client Interface & Pre-Tender Meetings: Actively coordinate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders to address queries, clarify scope gaps, and represent the organization in pre-bid meetings.
- Internal Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, Regulatory, Finance, and Supply Chain teams for bid preparation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory).
- Experience: 3.5+ years of core experience in tendering, estimation, and bidding for Lighting Packages (commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong technical knowledge of lighting design concepts, LED technologies, lighting control systems (DALI, 0-10V, Smart Controls), BOQs, and electrical drawings.
- Commercial Acumen: Excellent negotiation skills, vendor management abilities, and sound understanding of commercial terms, taxes, and contract conditions.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), MS Word, AutoCAD, and Google sheets.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interface and technical documentation.
