Role Description

What you'll be doing:

- Running LinkedIn outreach campaigns using automation tools to connect with target prospects, send personalized messages, and manage follow up sequences that move conversations toward booked meetings
- Building and managing targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar research and enrichment tools, making sure the right decision makers are being reached rather than a broad, generic audience
- Tracking and reporting on campaign performance regularly, including connection acceptance rates, reply rates, and meetings booked,



so we can see what's working and refine our approach over time
- Working closely with our team on messaging and targeting strategy, adjusting outreach based on what's resonating with prospects and what isn't

What we're looking for:

- Hands on experience running LinkedIn outreach automation using tools like Dripify, Expandi, HeyReach, Meet Alfred, Waalaxy, Zopto, Octopus CRM, Linked Helper, or similar platforms. Manual prospecting through Sales Navigator alone, without an automation tool actually running the sequences, isn't enough for this role
- Real experience running B2B outreach campaigns, ideally for companies in SaaS, fintech, financial services, or qualified services. We're open to a range of industry backgrounds as long as the outreach experience itself is solid
- Comfort working independently in a remote, part time setup, with the ability to stay organized and communicate progress without needing constant oversight
- Familiarity with private equity or venture capital is a genuine plus, though not required if your outreach experience elsewhere is strong
