We are urgently hiring for the position of Milk Production Head at our facility in Belagavi/Belgaum, India. The ideal candidate will oversee the milk production process, ensuring the highest quality standards and operational efficiency. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the dairy industry.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the entire milk production process to ensure high quality and efficiency.
- Manage and train production staff, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for raw materials and equipment.
- Implement and maintain production schedules, monitoring daily operations and adjusting as necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of the production facility to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.




- Prepare and present reports on production performance to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Dairy Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
- 10-19 years of experience in milk production or dairy processing industry.
- Strong knowledge of dairy production processes and quality control standards.
- Experience with production planning and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the dairy industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
