Experience: 1+ years

Preferred Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance)

Salary:₹1.8 – ₹3.6 LPA

Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain books of accounts.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and vendor payment processes.
- Prepare and review GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Perform Bank, Vendor, Customer, and Ledger Reconciliations.
- Prepare Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, MIS Reports, and Financial Statements.
- Handle accounting entries and reporting using Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and internal departments.
- Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow.
- Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and support management in financial decision-making.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com); CA Inter, M.Com or MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
