Key Responsibilities

Branch Manager

- Build and manage franchise/business partner network.
- Generate leads through field marketing and meetings.
- Develop business in the assigned territory.
- Achieve sales and business growth targets.
- Maintain robust relationships with clients and franchise partners.
- Submit daily activity and sales reports.

HR Executive

- Handle recruitment and interview scheduling.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain attendance, employee records, and HR reports.
- Support employee engagement and day-to-day HR operations.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–5 years of experience in Branch Management, HR, Sales, or Administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
