Job Title B2B Marketing Executive Manager - Overseas Education Agent Relations Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and dynamic professional to manage B2B marketing and agent relationships in the overseas education sector The role involves identifying onboarding and training agents consultancies building long-term partnerships and promoting our services through regular communication seminars and webinars Key Responsibilities Identify connect and build solid relationships with overseas education agents sub-agents and consultancies Onboard new agents and provide training on our services processes and value propositions Develop and manage an agent partner network to generate quality student referrals Organize agent training programs seminars and webinars to promote our services and strengthen partnerships Communicate regularly with agents to share updates new opportunities and marketing support Negotiate and formalize agreements commission structures and partnership terms with agents Support agents with marketing materials FAQs and counseling support for student queries Represent the company at education fairs networking events and industry conferences Track agent performance provide reports to management and ensure achievement of lead generation and enrollment targets Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Education or related field MBA preferred 2-6 years of experience in B2B marketing channel partner management or business development education industry preferred Strong presentation and communication skills Ability to conduct training sessions seminars and webinars confidently Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills Willingness to travel and meet agents partners regularly Knowledge of overseas education processes applications admissions visas is an advantage Key Skills B2B Marketing Agent Relationship Management Channel Development Training Event Management Seminars Webinars Negotiation Partnership Building Lead Generation Conversion Support Networking Communication Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Experience B2B 1 year Required Overseas Education 1 year Required Education Industry 1 year Required Language English Required Location Brigade Road Bengaluru Karnataka Required Willingness to travel 75 Required Work Location In person
