Job Summary The Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting the company s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals building strong customer relationships achieving sales targets and ensuring effective product penetration in the assigned territory Key Responsibilities Promote and detail company products to Doctors Specialists and Healthcare Professionals through scientific and ethical communication Build and maintain solid relationships with Doctors Chemists and Stockists to drive prescription generation and secondary sales Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets for assigned products Conduct product presentations CMEs Continuing Medical Education and scientific discussions with healthcare professionals Ensure regular and effective doctor coverage plan visits per month as per company strategy Monitor and report competitor activities new launches and market trends Manage distribution stock availability and sales at retail wholesale points Ensure timly receivables from distributor Submit timely reports daily call report expense report secondary sales data etc to the supervisor manager Participate in training programs to stay updated with product knowledge market dynamics and sales skills Key Requirements Education Graduate in Science Pharmacy preferred Graduates in other streams with relevant experience may also apply Experience 0-3 years Freshers can be considered if scientific and field knowledge experienced candidates preferred Skills Attributes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Scientific aptitude with the ability to learn product knowledge Goal-oriented with a positive attitude Negotiation and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and manage field responsibilities Other Requirements Should own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory Compensation Benefits Attractive Salary Incentives Allowances TA DA mobile etc Performance-based rewards and growth opportunities Training career development support Job Type Full-time Pay 17 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
