We are looking for a FEMALE ONLY motivated and patient-friendly individual to join our dermatology clinic as a Patient Counselor Clinic Coordinator The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients understanding their concerns explaining treatment options and packages and ensuring smooth patient conversion and satisfaction Key Responsibilities Welcome and interact with patients visiting the clinic Explain dermatology and aesthetic procedures in simple understandable terms Counsel patients on treatment plans and packages highlighting advantages Address patient queries and provide pre- and post-treatment guidance Support the doctor in patient coordination and follow-ups Maintain patient records and ensure proper communication Work towards achieving patient satisfaction and conversion goals Requirements Graduate in any stream preferably with a background in healthcare life sciences or hospitality Previous experience as a patient counselor front desk executive sales coordinator or customer relationship executive in a clinic hospital or wellness center is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills English local language Pleasant personality customer-oriented and target-driven Basic knowledge of dermatology aesthetic cosmetic treatments will be an added advantage training will be provided Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
