Key Responsibilities Prepare review and finalize Bills of Quantities BOQ cost estimates and material take-offs for commercial interior projects Conduct tendering processes including floating enquiries analyzing quotations negotiating with vendors subcontractors and finalizing contracts Monitor project budgets prepare cash flow forecasts and ensure cost control against allocated budgets Conduct site measurements and validate contractor bills progress claims and payment certificates Evaluate variations change orders and claims ensuring they are documented justified and approved Maintain cost reports MIS and project financial records for management review Liaise with project managers designers procurement and contractors to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery Provide value engineering solutions to optimize project costs without compromising on quality or design intent Ensure compliance with contractual terms statutory regulations and company policies Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of commercial interiors fit-outs finishes and MEP works Proficiency in MS Excel AutoCAD and QS software tools Excellent analytical negotiation and numerical skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously Robust communicator with good written and verbal communication skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree Diploma in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or Construction Management 4-6 years of relevant experience in commercial interior fit-out projects Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
