Company Description Colliers NASDAQ TSX CIGI is a leading diversified professional services and investment management company With operations in 68 countries our 19 000 enterprising professionals work collaboratively to provide expert real estate and investment advice to clients For more than 29 years our experienced leadership with significant inside ownership has delivered compound annual investment returns of approximately 20 for shareholders With annual revenues of 4 3 billion and 96 billion of assets under management Colliers maximizes the potential of property and real assets to accelerate the success of our clients our investors and our people Learn more at X or We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Coordinator with experience in both paid media and digital platforms This role will support the Digital Marketing team to plan execute and report on paid digital media campaigns and will monitor and respond to digital platform trouble shooting requests alongside other adhoc content management system tasks The Australian Property Marketing Digital team is part of the collaborative and high-energy Australian Corporate Marketing department We pride ourselves on having the most creative property and digital marketing team in the industry and value team members who contribute innovative ideas that drive engagement brand awareness and lead generation The role will report directly to the Property Marketing Digital Associate Director for Australia and have a dotted reporting line to the National Director of Marketing and Communications for Australia Working across a national client base some of your key responsibilities will include Assist in the planning execution and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns Assist in the day-to-day maintenance content input and troubleshooting of digital platforms including website and marketing automation systems Monthly regular reporting on client funded marketing email marketing and in-house digital media campaigns As needed support invoicing and recovery of funds from suppliers Act as a guardian of the Colliers brand Qualifications Ideally you will have 2-4 years experience managing and executing paid digital media campaigns across various platforms In addition to that you will bring Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO SEM email marketing Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads An understanding of marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics Google Ads Hootsuite or similar platforms Experience in managing campaign budgets and monitoring spend for campaigns High literacy with Microsoft Office PowerPoint Word Excel Outlook Canva and web-based applications e g Microsoft SharePoint and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Exceptional organisation skills and an ability to deal with several projects concurrently while successfully working to deadlines Flexible resourceful and proactive approach with the ability to produce results with minimal guidance Commitment to collaboration and teamwork Additional Information
