Job description House of Klothberg is a premium fashion brand known for blending sustainability design and conscious living We re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail operations drive sales and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for every customer Key Roles Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service Achieve sales targets by actively engaging with customers and optimizing retail strategies Manage and motivate the in-store team ensuring adherence to performance and service standards Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store always reflects the brand s aesthetic Handle inventory management stock planning replenishment and minimizing shrinkage Generate and analyze sales reports providing actionable insights to management Address and resolve customer queries and concerns professionally Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain store hygiene and safety standards Collaborate with the marketing team for in-store events and promotions Work weekends and peak hours ensuring strong on-ground leadership during high-traffic periods Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Business Retail Management or related field preferred 3 years of experience in retail management fashion luxury segment preferred Strong leadership team management and customer service skills Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Good knowledge of POS systems billing processes and inventory control Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational abilities Willingness to work weekends and extended hours when required Perks Benefits Post-Probation Provident Fund PF Employee State Insurance ESI Performance-based incentives Employee discounts on products Growth opportunities opportunities in a premium fashion brand Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
