Job Title Head of Accounts Location Pune Department Finance Accounts Reports To Chief Financial Officer Director Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Accounts to lead our finance and accounting function The role involves overseeing the accounting team ensuring accurate financial reporting compliance with statutory regulations and supporting strategic financial decision-making for the organization Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the accounts department including senior accountants and finance staff Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements balance sheets and profit loss accounts Oversee accounting operations including general ledger accounts payable accounts receivable payroll and bank reconciliations Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PT TDS PF ESIC and other regulatory obligations Coordinate internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations Develop and implement accounting policies procedures and internal controls to safeguard company assets Prepare budgets forecasts and financial analyses to support management decision-making Monitor cash flow working capital and financial performance Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and support business growth Mentor and train the accounts team to enhance efficiency and career development Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Work Location In person
