We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven AGM - Sales to lead and manage the sales function for our real estate projects The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans driving revenue growth managing high-performing sales teams and ensuring excellent customer experience across all stages of the sales cycle Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy Execution Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales strategies to achieve business targets Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities Ensure effective lead generation nurturing and conversion across all channels online offline Team Leadership Manage and mentor a team of Sales Managers Executives and Advisors Set transparent targets KPIs and performance expectations for the team Conduct regular training sessions performance reviews and motivation initiatives Project Sales Management Oversee the end-to-end sales process for residential and or commercial real estate projects Coordinate with CRM Marketing and Pre-Sales teams to ensure smooth customer journey Conduct site visits sales launches and customer engagement events Revenue Reporting Own P L responsibility for the sales division or assigned project s Provide accurate and timely MIS reports sales forecasts and analysis to senior leadership Optimize pricing strategies payment plans and inventory movement Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related field MBA preferred 8-15 years of progressive sales experience with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role in real estate Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and regulatory environment Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills Experience with CRM systems sales analytics and digital sales tools Willingness to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment Job Type Full-time Pay 11 145 88 - 54 558 80 per month Work Location In person
