We are hiring for Company Secretary Legal Counsel for our Key Client Location Goregaon West Mumbai Qualification Qualified Company Secretary LLB or LLM Added advantage Experience 3 - 5 years Salary Upto 9 6 Lakhs per annum Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance under the Companies Act 2013 SEBI RBI FEMA Labour Laws and allied regulations Draft review and manage contracts including vendor supplier agreements service contracts and related documentation Handle intellectual property matters including trademark filing renewals oppositions and coordinate with IP consultants Support finance and branches in vendor registrations issuance of Power of Attorney and uploading agreements for signature Prepare and maintain trackers for legal cases contracts and compliance status Act as authorized representative before courts authorities if required Research and prepare notes on new laws amendments notifications and circulars relevant to the business Should have knowledge of Companies Act Drafting Agreement vetting Labour law IPR Legal Metrology Data Protection Act Contracts Insecticides Act Trademark IPR Job Type Full time Pay From 960 000 00 per year Work Location In person
