We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant In-Charge to oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing plant This role requires strong leadership operational expertise and a deep understanding of safety manpower handling and process optimization within a chemical manufacturing setup We are looking to fill this position immediately and immediate joiners are highly preferred Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Chemical Engineering or related field Proven experience 5 years in plant operations in a chemical process industry Solid leadership and team management skills Excellent understanding of safety regulations statutory compliance and chemical handling protocols Good communication analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting software tools is a plus Job Type Full-time Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
