Job Overview We re looking for a dynamic and results-driven STORE MANAGER to lead and boost sales performance for our large-format retail store You ll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies across a wide range of products including sofas decor carpets wallpapers crockery and other home furnishing items This role demands a strong leader who can drive sales initiatives foster exceptional customer relationships analyze market trends and ensure we hit our ambitious sales targets within their designated area Roles And Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to increase store sales and profitability while maintaining excellent standards Lead train and manage store staff to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service at all times Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available and manage replenishment for high-demand products Resolve customer issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction and encourage repeat business Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies and best practices Analyze financial data to forecast sales manage budgets and report on store performance to senior management Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field MBA in Marketing is a plus 10-12 years of progressive sales experience with at least 5-7 years in a managerial or leadership role preferably within large-format retail Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong understanding of retail sales operations merchandising principles and inventory management Demonstrated ability to lead manage and motivate a high-performing sales team Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required by retail operations Desired Attributes Proactive self-motivated and results-driven Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic retail setting Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach Job Type Full-time Pay 45 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Experience Managerial 5 years Required Language Hindi Required English Required Work Location In person
