PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE POSITION Production Executive LOCATION Vasai Giriraj TIME 10 AM TO 6 30 PM SALARY 25k to 28k GENDER Male Female WORK EXPERIENCE Minimum 2 years of experience About the Role To oversee and execute daily production operations of cosmetic products and personal care items The role involves managing shop floor activities while ensuring compliance with GMP quality safety and batch documentation standards Key Responsibilities Execute production activities as per the daily production plan and Batch Manufacturing Records BMR Supervise manufacturing and filling processes for cosmetic formulations like creams lotions serums scrubs and makeup products Ensure GMP compliance hygiene and standard operating procedures SOPs are followed on the shop floor Coordinate with QA QC warehouse and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow Maintain accurate records for batch processing cleaning logs machine usage and in-process checks Oversee proper cleaning sanitization and changeover of equipment and production areas Ensure availability of raw materials packaging materials and consumables for uninterrupted production Identify process gaps and support initiatives for productivity and quality improvement Handle manpower planning and shift management efficiently Comply with company policies related to safety quality and housekeeping Participate in audits internal external and assist in implementing corrective actions Candidate Profile Education Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy Cosmetics Technology or Manufacturing discipline Experience 1-4 years of experience in cosmetics or personal care product manufacturing creams lotions gels powders or makeup products Skills Required oKnowledge of cosmetic GMP SOPs and production processes oFamiliarity with mixers filling lines labeling machines etc oStrong coordination and communication skills oAbility to manage shift operations and production staff oAttention to detail and strong documentation practices oBasic computer skills Excel Word Send cv Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
