About Us Clan India Lifestyle Pvt Ltd is a growing lifestyle and apparel brand committed to delivering innovative fashion with superior quality We are looking for a Fashion Designer cum Merchandiser who can combine creativity with strong merchandising skills to design develop and execute fashion collections while managing buyer requirements and vendor coordination Role Overview The role requires a dynamic professional who can manage the complete cycle from design conceptualization to merchandising and production follow-ups The candidate will play a key role in creating market-relevant designs sourcing raw materials handling buyer interactions and ensuring timely delivery of collections Key Responsibilities Design Development Create innovative designs sketches and seasonal collections aligned with brand identity Prepare tech packs mood boards and specification sheets Research global and domestic fashion trends fabrics and trims Merchandising Sourcing Coordinate with buyers suppliers and production teams for smooth order execution Source fabrics trims and accessories at competitive prices while maintaining quality Manage costing price negotiations and order placements Oversee sampling approvals and production timelines Client Market Engagement Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities Maintain robust buyer and vendor relationships Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and providing timely updates Qualifications Skills Bachelor s Diploma in Fashion Designing Merchandising or related field 2-5 years of experience in fashion design and merchandising export domestic market Proficiency in design software Illustrator Photoshop CorelDRAW etc Strong knowledge of fabrics garment construction and production processes Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Key Competencies Creativity innovation Attention to detail Time project management Strong vendor buyer management Market awareness and adaptability Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Versatile schedule Leave encashment Life insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
