We are seeking a skilled Workday Integrations Consultant with solid expertise in PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) and PICOF (Payroll Interface Control Output File) integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting payroll integration solutions between Workday and third-party payroll providers.

The role requires hands-on experience in Workday integration technologies, payroll processes, and data transformation to ensure accurate and seamless payroll operations across global environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Workday payroll integrations using PECI and PICOF.
- Configure and support payroll outbound interfaces for third-party payroll vendors.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Workday Web Services.
- Configure payroll-related data mappings, transformations, and validation rules.
- Support Workday implementation, enhancement, and production support projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, payroll data discrepancies, and interface issues.
- Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
- Collaborate with Payroll, HR,



and technical teams to ensure seamless payroll processing.
- Prepare technical documentation, integration specifications, and support documents.
- Ensure compliance with data security, audit, and payroll governance requirements.

- Exposure to Cloud Connect for Payroll.
- Experience in Workday HCM and Payroll implementations.
- Knowledge of payroll compliance and regulatory requirements.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.
