Role Summary

We are seeking a Workday Integration Consultant to support a large-scale Talent Acquisition Transformation initiative centred on Workday Recruiting and an AI-enabled HR technology ecosystem including Paradox, HiredScore, LinkedIn, Naukri and GenAI sourcing platforms. The role is responsible for designing, developing and managing secure, scalable integrations that enable seamless candidate journeys and intelligent hiring.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver end-to-end integrations between Workday Recruiting and external platforms including Paradox, HiredScore, LinkedIn, Naukri and GenAI sourcing tools.

- Develop integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs) and WQL where applicable.

- Implement real-time, event-driven and batch integration patterns.

- Enable candidate sourcing, screening, interview, offer and hire workflows.

- Integrate conversational AI (Paradox), AI talent matching (HiredScore), LinkedIn Recruiter/Talent Hub, Naukri and regional job boards.

- Define data mappings for candidate profiles, requisitions and application status updates.

- Perform JSON/XML transformations, data enrichment and validation.

- Develop middleware integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Informatica IICS, MuleSoft or Boomi.





- Integrate AI outputs such as candidate ranking, recommendations and automated insights into Workday.

- Lead Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, troubleshooting, release and deployment support.

- Ensure GDPR, RBAC, secure PII handling, audit logging and data masking.

- Collaborate with TA teams, business analysts, Workday functional consultants and external vendors.

Required Skills

- Hands-on Workday Integration experience.

- Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, SOAP/REST APIs, WQL.

- Strong API, middleware and data mapping expertise.

- JSON/XML transformations and integration troubleshooting.

- Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, MuleSoft, Boomi or Informatica IICS.

- Robust analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to Have

- Workday Integration Certification.

- Large-scale HR transformation experience.

- Exposure to EU GDPR and pay transparency regulations.

- Event-driven architecture experience.
