Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance records.
- Plan and execute employee training and development programs.
- Support performance management system and employee appraisal process.
- Lead employee engagement activities and retention initiatives.




- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
- Coordinate with management to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Maintain HR reports, employee records, and HRIS systems.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
