Job Title: Sales Executive Payment Gateway & POS Solutions Key Responsibilities

- POS Machine Sales: Drive sales of POS terminals to merchants, retailers, and SMEs.

- Payment Gateway Promotion: Acquire new clients for online payment gateway solutions, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration.

- Merchant Acquisition: Identify, approach, and convert potential merchants across industries.

- Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with merchants, providing post-sales support and resolving queries.

- Market Research: Analyze competitor offerings, market trends, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.

- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills

- Sales Expertise: Robust background in B2B sales, preferably in fintech or payment solutions.





- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to pitch solutions effectively.

- Negotiation Skills: Ability to close deals and manage pricing discussions with merchants.

- Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of payment gateway integration and POS machine functionality.

- Customer Orientation: Focused on delivering value and ensuring merchant satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

- 0-1 years or any fresher of experience in fintech sales, merchant acquiring, or POS/payment gateway solutions.
