Date : 1st Aug 2026

Timing: 11:00 AM - 2 PM

Venue: HCLTech Candor Tech Space Tower 11, 1 st Floor, Sector 21 Dundahera Village, Gurgaon, Haryana - 122022

Experience Required: Freshers only

Shift – Rotational (US Shift) 5 days working and Rotational offs.

Qualification: B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA || Non-Tech Graduates only and under graduates and Results awaited candidate will not be considered.

Experienced candidates are not eligible. Key Responsibilities:

Process simple to complex customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.

Handle inquiries from clients related to order status, fulfillment, and product information.

Use deductive reasoning to make sound business decisions related to order processing and fulfillment.

Ensure compliance with all company and business policies.





Administer all open sales orders and ensure appropriate order flow through the system.

Monitor and evaluate all order issues, working to resolve discrepancies in production metrics and ensuring a high level of accuracy.

Manage communication with the sales department regarding order status and any necessary follow-up.

Follow best practices and work cross-functionally with multiple teams to complete the above tasks and other daily job functions.

Utilize strong researching capabilities to resolve order-related issues.

Candidates should be flexible for Rotational Shift.
