Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor and Cinematographer role based in Bengaluru. The role involves planning, shooting, and editing video content for various digital campaigns, including social media, ads, and brand stories.

The Video

Editor and Cinematographer will collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop concepts, set up shoots, manage lighting and camera work, and ensure high-quality visual output. Day-to-day tasks include organizing footage, selecting the best shots, applying edits, color correction, sound syncing, and preparing final deliverables in formats optimized for different platforms. The role also includes maintaining equipment, staying updated with digital trends, and contributing creative ideas to enhance brand impact.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for brand campaigns, advertisements, commercial projects, social media, weddings, and corporate clients.

Capture cinematic footage using professional cameras and lighting equipment.





Edit engaging short-form and long-form content for Instagram, YouTube, Meta, and other digital platforms.

Create high-converting ad creatives for Meta, Google, and other digital marketing campaigns.

Perform colour grading, sound design, motion graphics, visual effects, and final video delivery.

Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to bring creative concepts to life.

Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery and high production quality. Requirements

1–3 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.

Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, camera settings, and composition.

Experience creating content for brand campaigns, advertisements, and social media marketing.

Must own a professional camera, lenses, and essential shooting equipment.

Must have a personal laptop/workstation capable of skilled video editing.

Creative mindset with excellent storytelling and editing skills.

Ability to work full-time from our Bengaluru office. Preferred skiils

Experience with drone videography is a plus.

Photography skills are an added advantage.

Knowledge of current social media trends and ad creatives.
