Job DescriptionWe are looking for a VP of Growth ( digital/performance marketing agency background preferred with exposure to organic marketing as well) to drive end-to-end growth across multiple consumer fintech products such as LenDenClub & InstaMoney.

NThis is not just an acquisition role. This leader will be responsible for:

- GTM strategy

- User acquisition and engagement strategy

- Ownership of strategy execution

- Cross-functional growthorchestration (Product & Marketing)

- Ultimately owning business numbers (GMV, MAU, ATS, Revenue )

nThis role sits closely with the Business Head and leadership team, and operates as the central growth integrator across marketing, product, tech, data and businesses

NRole Mandate:

NTo build and execute a structured growth engine that converts strategy into measurable business outcomes across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetisation.

NKey Responsibilities:

N1. GTM Strategy & Execution Ownership

NLead end-to-end GTM planning and execution for products

NDefine clear customer segments, positioning, channel mix and rollout strategy

NTranslate business objectives into executable monthly and quarterly growth roadmaps

NEnsure cross-functional readiness across marketing, product, credit, tech and ops

NTrack GTM performance andcourse-correct rapidly

N2. Business Outcome Ownership

NOwn growth-linked KPIs including:

NDisbursements / Investments (GMV)

NRevenue and contribution margins

NCAC, ROAS

nRetention metrics

NMAU and ARPU / ATS

nEnsure acquisition efforts translate into profitable growth

NDrive alignment between volume targets and portfolio quality

NThis role is accountable for outcomes — not just traffic.

N3. Acquisition Strategy

NDefine acquisition strategy by product, channel, and customer cohort

NTranslate business objectives into channel-level growth plans (paid, organic etc )

NRecommend budget allocation based on incremental impact and unit economics





NBalance paid-led and organic-led growth strategically

N4. Engagement & Retention

NBuild engagement strategypost-acquisition

NImprove funnel conversionfrom install → application → disbursal → retention

NDrive lifecycle marketingand CRM strategy

NIdentify and unlock retention growth levers

NWork with product to improve user experience and stickiness

N5. Performance & Attribution

NLead attribution and measurement frameworks across tools and platforms

NDrive clarity on incremental performance vs cannibalisation

NEstablish robust reporting linking channel spend to business contribution

NImprove signal quality for budget allocation decisions

N6. Execution Orchestration

NPartner with Marketing, Product, Tech, Business Heads to drive aligned execution

NRemove cross-functional bottlenecks impacting growth

NEnable faster decision-making on scaling and optimisation opportunities

NInstitutionalise weekly growth review rhythms

N7. Experimentation & Scale

NOwn structured experimentation roadmap across acquisition and engagement

NDrive hypothesis-led testing culture

NConvert successful pilotsinto scalable playbooks

NContinuously identify newgrowth channels and distribution opportunities

N8. Stakeholder Leadership

NAct as the central growthintegrator across Business, Marketing, Product, Tech, and Data

NAlign teams around sharedgrowth metrics

NBring clarity in situations of channel conflict or attribution overlap

NPresent clear growth narratives to leadership

NWhat We're Looking For: Must-Haves

N8–12 years in a digital and performance marketing agency or growth marketing role,



in fintech or consumer internet

NStrong understanding of unit economics (CAC, ROAS, payback, contribution margin)

NDemonstrated experience owning business outcomes, not just channel metrics

NExperience leading cross-functional GTM execution

NAbility to operate in matrixed organisations and influence without direct reporting authority

NStrong analytical mindsetwith bias for action
