About the Ro leWe are seeking a dynamic and strategi c Vice President – Finan ce to lead the finance function and play a pivotal role in driving business growth, financial excellence, and operational efficienc y.The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in financial planning, treasury, fundraising, project finance, compliance, and corporate governance within the Real Estate or Construction sector. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of partnering with business teams, investors, lenders, auditors, and senior management to build a scalable, institutional-grade finance functio n.

Key Responsibilit ies• Lead the organization's overall finance strategy in alignment with business objectiv es.

• Oversee Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and business performance reporti ng.

• Drive treasury operations, cash flow management, working capital optimization, and liquidity planni ng.

• Lead debt raising, equity fundraising, project financing, and structured finance transactio ns.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, private equity funds, and lende rs.

• Partner with leadership on strategic business planning, investment decisions, acquisitions, and expansion initiativ es.

• Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, RERA, GST, FEMA, Income Tax, and all applicable statutory regulatio ns.

• Lead financial reporting, audits, tax planning, risk management, and corporate governance initiativ es.

• Implement and strengthen ERP systems,



internal financial controls, automation, and reporting process es.

• Provide strategic financial insights to improve profitability, optimize costs, and enhance operational efficien cy.

• Mentor and develop high-performing finance teams while fostering a culture of accountability and excellen ce.

Candidate Pro file• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandat ory.

• 14+ years of post-qualification experience in Fina nce.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Head of Finance, Finance Controller, or a similar leadership r ole.

• Strong experience in Real Estate is highly preferred. Candidates from Construction, EPC, Infrastructure, or Real Estate-focused Private Equity/Debt Funds will also be conside red.

• Proven expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury Management, Project Finance, Capital Raising, Investor Relations, and Corporate Fina nce.

• Hands-on experience in construction finance, structured debt and equity transactions, and large-scale project fund ing.

• Strong understanding of financial modeling, business valuation, investment analysis, and capital structur ing.

• Excellent knowledge of Ind AS, RERA, GST, FEMA, Companies Act, statutory compliance, and corporate governa nce.

• Experience in ERP implementation, process automation, and financial transformation initiatives will be an added advant age.

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making ski lls.
