Job Summary

DIGIBRICKS ENTERTAINMENT PVT. LTD. is looking for an experienced VFX Compositor Team Lead to lead the compositing team and deliver high-quality visual effects for feature films, OTT, television, and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong compositing expertise, leadership skills, and experience managing teams while ensuring timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the compositing team throughout production.
- Review shots and ensure high-quality output that meets project requirements.
- Mentor and guide compositors to improve technical and creative skills.
- Coordinate with VFX Supervisors, Production, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Troubleshoot technical and artistic challenges during production.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain consistency with color,



lighting, integration, and final image quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Solid experience in feature film or high-end VFX compositing.
- Excellent knowledge of Nuke and industry-standard compositing workflows.
- Experience in rotoscoping, keying, CG integration, paint, color correction, relighting, and multi-pass compositing.
- Understanding of the complete VFX pipeline and collaboration with other departments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team under tight deadlines.
