About Scrapio Scrapio is a government-authorized (RVSF) vehicle scrapping and recycling facility near NH-48, Shahpura, Jaipur, operating under India's Vehicle Scrappage Policy. We handle the complete end-of-life vehicle lifecycle — acquisition, depollution, dismantling, and Certificate of Destruction (CoD) generation. We're scaling procurement across Rajasthan and need a leader to build and drive it.

The Role

We need a Used Vehicle Procurement Lead to own end-of-life and scrap vehicle sourcing across Rajasthan. This is a hands-on vehicle-buying role, not a corporate/supply-chain procurement role. Today most of our inflow is inbound — your mandate is to build the outbound engine: develop dealer, DSA, and agent networks district by district, open direct-consumer sourcing channels, and lead a field buying team to consistent monthly volume.

You should be as comfortable evaluating and closing a vehicle on the ground as you are building the system behind it.

What You'll Do - Own the state-wide sourcing target for used and end-of-life vehicles and drive month-on-month volume growth.

- Build and manage a network of used-car dealers, agents/DSAs, and fleet/OEM end-of-life sources across Rajasthan's key districts.
- Develop outbound sourcing channels — closing the gap on our heavy reliance on inbound inquiries is your core mandate.
- Negotiate purchase price within approved limits and escalate above-limit deals correctly.




- Enforce clean documentation and RC/RTO verification before deals close — protecting the business from CoD diversion and middleman fraud is a non-negotiable part of the role.
- Coordinate with plant and documentation teams to keep the pickup-to-scrapping pipeline moving without bottlenecks.

What We're Looking For (Required) - 2+ years directly sourcing or buying used/second-hand vehicles — used-car dealerships, vehicle aggregators (Cars24 / Spinny / OLX Autos type), auto finance/repossession & recovery, fleet disposal, or scrap/end-of-life vehicle procurement. This experience is a hard requirement, not a plus.

- Hands-on experience evaluating/valuing vehicles and negotiating purchase price on the ground.
- Working knowledge of RC transfer, RTO paperwork, and vehicle documentation.
- Willing to travel extensively across Rajasthan.
- Fluent in Hindi; working English for documentation and reporting.
- Comfortable with basic tech tools (WhatsApp-based intake, Excel, procurement software). Nice to Have
- Knowledge of the Vehicle Scrappage Policy, RVSF operations, or the CoD/CVS process.
