Job Role

We are looking for a US IT Recruiter / Bench Sales Executive to join our team in Hyderabad.

Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad (Onsite)

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

Source and recruit IT professionals for US clients.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Market bench consultants to vendors and clients.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.

Negotiate rates and follow up on submissions.





Maintain recruitment records and update the ATS regularly.

Work closely with the team to achieve hiring targets.

Required Skills

2–3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment or Bench Sales.

Good knowledge of the US IT staffing process.

Positive communication skills in English.

Experience using job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and Indeed.

Basic knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

Ability to work in the US shift.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
