Your work profile

We are seeking a highly motivated Lead AI Engineer with 5–7 years of experience to lead the design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise AI products. The ideal candidate will manage a team of 4–5 engineers, provide technical leadership, mentor team members, resolve complex technical issues, and collaborate directly with clients to deliver scalable AI solutions.

- Lead end-to-end AI product development from solution design to production deployment.
- Design and implement AI/LLM-based applications using Python, OpenAI/Claude/Gemini APIs, RAG, Vector Embeddings, and agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph).
- Architect scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions using Azure/AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes,



and CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide technical oversight for AI-assisted application development, ensuring solutions are designed for long-term scalability, maintainability, and enterprise adoption.
- Guide and mentor a team of 4–5 engineers, manage sprint execution, and remove technical roadblocks.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, propose technical solutions, provide project updates, and ensure successful delivery.
- Drive production support, performance optimization, security, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Own the end-to-end product ionization process, including architecture reviews, risk assessments, approvals, cloud deployment, and operational handover.

Key skills required:

- 5–7 years of software engineering experience with at least 3-4 years in Generative AI/LLM solution development.
- Strong expertise in Python, REST APIs, AI/ML, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, coding agentic frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, DevOps, and enterprise architecture.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills with a proven track record of delivering enterprise
