What You'll DoAssist customers in planning domestic and international holidays. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages. Prepare itineraries, quotations, and booking confirmations.

Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in customers. Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and travel partners. Provide excellent pre- and post-booking customer support. Build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business.

Achieve sales targets while ensuring a great customer experience.



What We're Looking ForFresher to 2 years of experience in Travel, Sales, Customer Service, or Hospitality. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

Passion for travel and helping customers. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Internet). Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
