Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team in Austria.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in booking tickets for national and international rail journeys

- Provide friendly advice, and upsell or cross-sell relevant travel products

- Handle customer requests and forward them to the appropriate department if needed

- Keep the travel center updated with offers, promotions, and relevant information

Salary: Approx 4000000 LPA

Requirements

- Completed vocational training or secondary school diploma

- Confident computer skills.

- Friendly, skilled, and customer-oriented attitude.

- Calm under pressure, punctual, and flexible for shift work (including weekends & holidays).

- Driving license (B category) is an advantage.
