We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Specialist to manage end-to-end bid and tender operations, with primary responsibility for the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, and secondary responsibility for CPPP (Central Public Procurement Portal). Key Responsibilities

GeM Portal (Primary)

Register, maintain, and update seller/OEM profile on GeM; ensure catalogue listings, pricing, and product/service categories are accurate and compliant.

Track and identify relevant bids, RA (Reverse Auction), and direct-order opportunities daily.

Prepare and submit technical and financial bids within GeM timelines, ensuring compliance with eligibility criteria, EMD, and documentation requirements.

Manage GeM contracts post-award — order acceptance, delivery timelines, invoicing, and payment follow-up.

Handle GeM-specific compliance: caution money, performance bank guarantee (PBG), MSE/Startup registration benefits, and grievance redressal.

Do vendor assessment. CPPP & Other Portals (Secondary)





Monitor CPPP, state e-procurement portals, and other relevant tender aggregator sites for suitable tenders.

Download tender documents, prepare compliance checklists, and coordinate document submission (technical/financial bids, EMD, DD/BG).

Track tender status, pre-bid meetings, corrigendum, and result publications.

General Tender Management

Maintain a tender tracker/MIS with bid status, deadlines, and outcomes.

Coordinate with internal teams (finance, technical, legal) for document preparation — turnover certificates, experience certificates, ISO/quality certifications, etc.

Liaise with government buyers/departments for query resolution.

Ensure timely renewal of registrations, licenses, and certifications required for bidding.

Analyze past bid outcomes and suggest pricing/strategy improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate (any stream); MBA or relevant diploma preferred.

1–4 years of experience in tender/bid management, preferably with hands-on GeM portal experience.

Working knowledge of CPPP and other e-procurement platforms.

Strong MS Excel/Word skills; familiarity with DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) usage.

Positive understanding of GST, EMD, PBG, and general commercial/legal terms used in tenders.

Excellent attention to detail, time management, and documentation skills.

Good written and verbal communication.
