This is an opportunity to build a new business vertical from the ground up while leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead the Hyderabad B2C Corporate team.
- Drive business growth for SME and General Insurance products.
- Recruit, mentor and coach Sales Executives.
- Achieve revenue and business targets.
- Develop relationships with corporate clients and SMEs.
- Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams.
- Monitor team performance and ensure high productivity.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 5-8 years of experience in General Insurance.
- Experience in Insurance Broking preferred.
- Team handling experience is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
