Role & responsibilities

- Hands on experience in IT Infrastructure Services with a proven track record of handling big IT Infrastructure environment.

- Good knowledge and experience of Datacenter services, EUC or Service Desk

- Good understanding of ITIL processes

- Experience in transition management with proven record of transition services from incumbent

- Handle team of more than 100 plus associate

- Customer Management

- Good English communication skills both written and verbal

- Exp in creating new solutions and proposals for customers in IT Infra domain.

- Good experience in Project Management. Drive independently at least one transformation project.

- Good understanding of Project finance. Track revenue and cost..

- Customer handling and escalation management

- Team Management

- Team Appraisals and Dispute management

- Contract management

- Required to work in 24*7 support pattern

- Coordinate with various teams for operational effectiveness.

- Internal compliance of the team

- Manage account finance (PnL). Project and track revenue of the account

- Promote automation and AI in respective support towers

- Work on recent business proposals for the customer
