Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Student Visa Counsellor based in Ahmedabad.

The Student Visa

Counsellor will guide prospective students through visa options, application processes, and documentation requirements for studying abroad.

Responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, assessing student profiles, recommending suitable courses and destinations, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed. The role involves maintaining accurate records, following up with students throughout their application journey, and providing timely updates on regulations and procedures.





The Student Visa

Counsellor will also support information sessions, respond to inquiries in person and via digital channels, and contribute to a positive, professional experience for all students.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling skills, with the ability to understand student aspirations and provide clear guidance on study abroad options.

- Candidates should possess Career Counseling skills to advise learners on academic pathways aligned with future career goals.

- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.

- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, build trust, and ensure a supportive experience for diverse student populations.

- Candidates should possess Education-related knowledge, such as familiarity with international education systems, admission processes, and visa requirements.

- Relevant experience in student visa counseling, education consulting, or related advisory roles is highly beneficial.

- A bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Management, or a related field is preferred.

- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM or student management systems, along with strong organizational and time-management abilities, is an advantage.
