We are expanding our fundraising efforts to accelerate product development and market expansion.

Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Investor Relations Manager / Fundraiser to identify, engage, and convert investors who can support PayNback's growth. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in investment, wealth management, insurance, financial services, or high-value sales. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential investors, HNIs, business owners, and strategic partners.

Schedule investor meetings and presentations.

Present

PayNback's business model and investment opportunity professionally. Build long-term relationships with investors. Manage the complete fundraising pipeline using CRM. Coordinate with founders during investor meetings. Follow up with prospects until investment closure. Maintain accurate reports and weekly fundraising updates. Participate in networking events, business forums, and startup ecosystems. Ensure confidentiality of investor information.

Preferred

Experience2–8 years in: Wealth Management Insurance Mutual Funds Stock Broking Investment Advisory Real Estate Investment Corporate Sales Startup Fundraising Existing HNI or business network is an added advantage.

Compensation During 3-Month Probation Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience) Performance Incentive: Incentives based on qualified investor meetings and successful investment closures.

After Successful Probation Salary

Revision based on performance. Higher incentive slabs. Leadership opportunities. Annual performance bonus. ESOP/Equity participation may be considered for exceptional performers, subject to company policy. Monthly KPIs Minimum 150 qualified investor outreach calls. 40–50 investor meetings. 15–20 reliable investment discussions. Maintain 100% CRM updates. Achieve monthly fundraising targets assigned by management.
