We are having an urgent opening for the position of Sr. Purchase Executive for a reputed Company in Manufacturing industry at the Mumbai (Vasai) Locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Finding Vendors and getting Quotations.
- Getting samples (if required) and approval.
- Vendor negotiations.
- Selecting Vendor and Creating P.O.
- Vendor Coordination and Delivery Scheduling.
- Monthly Purchase Report.
- Co-ordinating with accounts department and vendors for payment release.
- Purchasing the material according to the needs and requirements of manufacturing.
- Manages all functions of purchasing and material procurement.
- Follows up with vendors/suppliers for delivery dates and back orders.




- Get quotations for new projects/materials from new and existing suppliers.
- Control purchasing department budget.

Skill & Experience:

- Should have good price negotiation skills.
- Should have experience in ERP System.
- Should have good knowledge and experience in local market.
- Should have experience in purchase department
- Should Have minimum 5-15 years of Experience.
- Candidate graduated from Mechanical Background will be advantage.
