Role summary

Red Rock Deli is PepsiCo India’s digitally native premium snacking brand, built around permissible indulgence and distinctive product formats. We’re looking for a brand leader with a start-up mindset to own end-to-end brand building and commercial growth for an independently managed portfolio.

This role drives Net Revenue (NR) growth, market share and GM%, while delivering key digital growth outcomes including awareness, acquisition, conversion, ROAS, and on-platform excellence across digital commerce.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

1. Portfolio & growth leadership: Own the portfolio strategy and annual brand growth plan, balancing premiumisation, market share and profitable growth.
2. Digital-first full-funnel marketing: Build and execute full-funnel digital plans across paid/owned/earned to drive awareness-to-loyalty outcomes and conversion.
3. Performance & experimentation: Drive test-and-learn (A/B testing, creative/audience optimisation) and use insights to continuously improve effectiveness and ROAS.
4. Commerce & on-platform excellence:



Lead e-commerce and quick commerce growth; elevate digital shelf fundamentals (content, discoverability, assortment, availability, promos).
5. Innovations: Translate consumer trends and insights to bring to life an exciting pipeline of innovations that lend repertoire & scale. Own go-to-market and integrated launch plans across digital, commerce and activation with clear milestones and execution rigour.
6. Cross-functional leadership & governance: Lead cross-functional delivery with internal teams and agencies; manage digital-first A&M; investment to maximise ROI.

Qualifications

Qualifications & experience

MBA (Marketing) from a premier institute, with 6–10 years FMCG/CPG experience across brand marketing, innovations and digital marketing.

Skills & behavioural attributes

Digital + commercial acumen, solid ownership and start-up mindset, analytical decision-making using consumer/shopper/digital insights, excellent stakeholder management in a matrix, strong project management discipline, and clear, persuasive communication and collaboration skills.
