Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager – US Healthcare Staffing

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 7+ Years (Mandatory)

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift) About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager – US Healthcare Staffing to drive strategic client acquisition and revenue growth across the US healthcare staffing market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selling Healthcare Staffing, MSP/VMS, Direct Client Staffing Solutions, RPO, and Workforce Solutions to hospitals, healthcare systems, long-term care facilities, home healthcare organizations, and healthcare staffing agencies across the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing long-term client partnerships, negotiating staffing agreements, and collaborating with recruitment teams to deliver high-quality healthcare professionals while consistently achieving revenue and business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

>Drive end-to-end business development and client acquisition within the US Healthcare Staffing industry.

>Identify, prospect, and acquire new Direct Clients, MSPs, VMS accounts, Hospitals, Health Systems, Clinics, Long-Term Care Facilities, Home Health Agencies, Behavioral Health Organizations, and Healthcare Networks.

>Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.

>Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

>Build solid relationships with key decision-makers including HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Workforce Managers, Procurement Teams, and Staffing Managers.





>Lead client presentations, capability discussions, proposal submissions, contract negotiations, and service agreements.

>Work closely with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure timely submission of qualified healthcare professionals.

>Expand existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling staffing solutions.

>Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting using CRM tools.

>Stay updated on US healthcare staffing trends, workforce challenges, labor market conditions, credentialing requirements, and industry regulations.

>Represent the organization in healthcare staffing conferences, networking events, and industry forums.

Required Experience

>Minimum 7+ years of Business Development experience in US Healthcare Staffing.

>Proven success in acquiring and managing Direct Clients, MSP, and VMS accounts.

>Strong understanding of the US healthcare staffing industry, staffing models, and workforce solutions.

>Experience selling staffing services for:

>Registered Nurses (RN)

>Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN)

>Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)

>Allied Healthcare Professionals

>Therapists

>Physicians

>Non-Clinical Healthcare Professionals

>Strong knowledge of credentialing, compliance, licensing, Joint Commission standards, and healthcare staffing regulations.





>Established network of healthcare clients and decision-makers across the US market is highly preferred.

>Proven expertise in consultative selling and relationship management.

>Strong market research and strategic planning capabilities.

>Experience using CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools.

>Strong leadership and collaboration skills.

>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

>Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

>Acquire recent Direct Clients, MSP, and VMS accounts.

>Maintain a healthy and consistent sales pipeline.

>Improve client retention and account expansion.

>Ensure successful contract closures and repeat business.

>Drive sustainable long-term revenue growth.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

>Experience working with US Healthcare Staffing firms.

>Existing relationships with hospitals, healthcare systems, MSPs, VMS providers, and healthcare organizations will be a significant advantage.
