Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at Amity University’s Lucknow campus for a Spanish, German, and French Language Trainer. The trainer will conduct interactive language classes, focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, while integrating cultural elements relevant to each language. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, delivering lectures, facilitating group activities, assessing student progress through tests and assignments, and providing constructive feedback.





The role also involves developing and updating teaching materials, coordinating with academic teams to align curricula with program objectives, and supporting students in exam preparation and certifications. The trainer is expected to participate in departmental meetings, contribute to academic events, and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom workplace.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency and teaching capability in Spanish, German, and French, with demonstrated experience in Language Teaching and Teaching.

Ability to design structured, engaging courses, including Lesson Planning and curriculum development in Education contexts.

Familiarity with relevant Literature to enrich language learning with cultural and contextual understanding.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Foreign Languages, Linguistics, Education, or a related field; formal training or certification in language teaching (e.g., DELF/DALF, Goethe, DELE) is an advantage.

Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to inclusive, learner-centered pedagogy.

Experience using digital tools and educational technology for language instruction and assessment.

Ability to collaborate with faculty, work in a structured academic environment, and contribute to departmental initiatives.
