We are looking for an experienced Soft Skills Trainer (Freelancer/Consultant) to conduct a 2–3 hour in-person training session at our interior design studio on a quarterly basis.

Training Topics

- Customer handling and client interaction

- Effective communication and voice modulation

- Lead conversion and sales conversation techniques for interior design services

- Convincing and negotiation skills

- Qualified attitude and workplace etiquette

- Grooming and dressing standards

- Body language, posture, sitting etiquette, and eye contact

- Professional handshake and first impressions

- Active listening and questioning techniques

- Objection handling and closing techniques

- Telephone and WhatsApp communication etiquette

- Building customer trust and long-term relationships

Requirements

- Tuesday to Sunday
- The training should be designed keeping our customer-facing design and sales team's work environment in mind.

Preferred Trainer Profile

- Proven experience in corporate soft skills and customer-facing sales training.

- Experience training sales/design teams is preferred.

- Ability to conduct engaging, practical, role-play-based sessions with role plays and real-life scenarios.
